Meet the Founder: Melissa Sutton, MSc, CHC, RYT

I’m Melissa, the heart behind Wellness Warriess — a mom of twins, lifelong learner, and someone who knows firsthand how frustrating it can feel when your health feels out of your control.

With a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health, certifications in Health Coaching and Ontological Coaching, and experience as both a Certified Yoga Teacher and Raw Food Chef, I bring a whole-person approach to wellness.

But my journey started long before the degrees and certifications — it began with my own health challenges: years of bloating, fatigue, and food sensitivities that traditional advice couldn’t fix. Once I discovered how interconnected the gut, hormones, stress, and mindset truly are, everything changed — and that’s the knowledge I now share through Wellness Warriess.

I’m here to help you uncover what’s really behind your symptoms, so you can finally feel like yourself again — not just surviving, but thriving.
